It was a cool place, had pretty friendly staff from everywhere in the hotel even the management's team. Location: the venue was not far from foodcourt and restaurants, the waterfront to numerous eateries and the main shopping area...
The area was not great.

This hotel is a great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. Located just outside the busy town centre, it offers a convenient and peaceful stay along a canal outside the city. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring that all basic amenities are met. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a big sofa and a view through big windows on Level 3. Although there was a minor issue with a leaking air conditioner, it didn't overshadow the overall positive experience. Additionally, the breakfast provided options for vegans, ensuring a satisfying meal to start the day.
All aspects of this hotel were perfectly alright.

Had a pleasant time during Xmas, but that's probably because of the holiday spirit. Service was average, but we did appreciate the free shuttle to nearby malls. the room had a nice view of the surroundings. Plus, we got complimentary drinks and snacks which was a nice gesture on the part of the hotel.
Sadly, the negatives outweighed the positives - the room had an odd smell and the bedsheets weren't very clean. There were issues with the water pressure in the shower and it was hard to control the temperature.

The room was clean and spacious, with plenty of storage space for my business attire. My colleagues and I appreciated the location close to the shopping area and seafront. The hotel provided free shuttle service to help us get around town easily.
The noise level was unbearable in the rooms. My fellow business travelers and I could hear every move our neighbors made, which made focusing on our work a challenge.
